Looking to get more out of your once in a lifetime vacation! Maybe you are doing an "Active" vacation and need to get fit for your adventure. Maybe you just looking to refresh your scuba skills.  These are the perfect plans for you. They are a four week self guided workout with scuba skills and a nutrition plan that gets you ready and looking good for your vacation. You will be assigned a Coach form HQ who will assign you a Templated Workout Schedule that follows XAF's adapt to change philosophy. You will conduct your workout schedule 3 times a week for 3 weeks at your convenience wether it be at home, at your gym or anywhere you have access to a pool. You will also recieve scuba skills that you can pratice and improves your bouyancy trim and propulsion, refreshing you and gettting you ready for your scuba adventure. To complement your workout plan, and scuba skills is a nutrition plan that fits your specific eating needs and goalsl. You will track your progress on workouts and nutrition through our exclusive XAF™ Mobile App.and ch much more.

Online Only

Online Only plans are self-guided and designed to be done at your convience. You can do it at home, your local gym or anywhere you have access to a pool. The plan consists of either  "Fitness and Nutrition" or "Fitness, Scuba, and Nutrition."  All plans include access to our exclusivel mobile app, where you will be assigned a Personal Trainer or Coach from HQ and they will assign you templated fitness, scuba (if purchased) and nutrional plans, conduct self-guided assesments, track daily and weekly progress and much much more.

Remote Customized PLANS

Remote Customized plans are designed by a remote personal trainer/coach for you and your goals. You can choose your remote trainer/coach or we will assign you one from our top in-house trainers/coaches. All plans include access to our exclusive mobile app. There your trainer/coach will work with you daily to guide you on fitness, scuba (if purchased) and nutrition. Again all excercises and/or skills are done at your convience, at home, your local gym or anywhere you have access to a pool. You will have access to the  exercises and skills videos, recieve workout plans, develop scuba skill assesments, receive nutritional plans, conduct guided assesments, track daily and weekly progress and much much more.

In-Person PLANS

If you are working one on one (in-person) with a personal trainer or coach, either at your home or local gym or scuba center or pool then one of these plans is what you will  purchase to supplement your training, development and nutrition. These plans DO NOT inlcude the personal trainer / coach fees only access to the mobile app and it's content. There you will conduct your guided assessments, track your progress, have access to all the videos of the exercises and scuba skills, download the nutirtion plans, and get assigned supplemental exercise routines and scuba skills  depending on your agreement with your personal trainer / coach.
